I disagree only off the strength that the MVP is a story/narrative driven award and it's WAY TOO early in the season to call anything.

We won't be able to have any real MVP discussions until at least after Allstar weekend.
Barring injuries and if he keeps this up all the way until all-star break, I don't see no other player catching up to him at all for that MVP. While it's cool if he wins it back to back but true fans want to see their team win it all as well!
