I think both guys are right. Peter is right too.

It's like a lot of fans learned the wrong lessons from WCW, ECW, TNA. And the people who ran those companies too.

As an older fan, I don't get nearly as worked up as I . I'm in the enjoy while it last phase when something I enjoy is happening. But that doesn't meant I'm not aware why things play out the way they do, and that it can't be frustrating when a company books themselves into a corner.

Ultimately it's wrestling, there's only so many ways things can go when they respectively have the same folks to answer to with the networks and advertisers. Where Vince and WWE lacked, AEW capitalized, which is drawing from the well of the wrestling world WWE tried to isolate itself from established itself as THE destination if you want to be taken seriously. That's until you got booked into never ending hell loop.

Where WWE succeeds, AEW could learn something (not having wrestlers go overboard taking unnecessary risk. Injuries happen, but damn do they roll dice). Where AEW, succeeds WWE could learn something, but their business model isn't gonna change in that regard. Which what I've mentioned before with wrestlers from other promotions doing a short run here and there.

WWE has had their yearly schedule sewn up for years where AEW is still trying to establish one that gets them the best results.

It's one thing I wish AEW and WWE would do. Which is run venues that cater to the size of the crowd that the respective shows draw. Raw is what it is. I just miss the variety of venues add to the aesthetic.

Pete maybe right. But it IS Tony Kahn's show. He started it, pays for it and runs it to entertain himself. The fans have every right to say what they don't like about it, but this attitude a lot of fans take that he should change up to appease them is ridiculous.
The fans are the ones who have the ultimate say because they pay to go the shows, buy the PPVs, buy the merch, watch the TV shows, etc.
If TK is just booking to entertain himself and doesn't care what the fans think, he won't have a company much longer.
Oh so back in WWE?
More than likely, or at least to Mexico.
He's wanted out of AEW for a minute now and is just counting down the days until his contract is up.
He got into a fight backstage with Sammy Guevara and pulled up on him even when told by TK to stay home.
Funny, how all the guys who left WWE when AEW still had the new car smell are now wanting back in to the WWE.

Tyler who?
Nah just playing, but Seth would be nuts to leave.

He's a top guy, with a top title, direct line to the people in charge, and his wife is in WWE also enjoying top of the card success.

Why leave now?

He'd never leave. He and Roman would never. Be top guy in WWE or go to AEW and be....5th or 6th guy?
Man, I just saw "Tyler Black" trending on Twitter and rolled my eyes. AEW marks are trying to will it into existence. lolz at the thought of Seth Rollins going to a secondary, soon to be third rate promotion (based on the prospects of TNA's streaming deal with Endeavor) just to have that "dream match" with Ospreay.

His deal is up in June....he's about to Main Event WrestleMania with Punk, (something both men have never done) and will probably take the L and take some time off before coming back before SummerSlam next year.

Why the hell would you leave the NFL to go play in the CFL? Why would you leave 15000+ crowds singing your theme music for <4000K crowds who'll you'll have to re-create a character to get behind?

Lolz AEW marks will shout out "Wembley!" meanwhile, Seth/Tyler Black/Colby Lopez lives stateside and is a star. He's a superstar here and would be relegated to being just another WWE guy in AEW.

And before folks say he's an indy/ROH guy....well, he's been in WWE for most of his career.

It's his home, the place he met his wife. Roman will retire for the film industry in a few years, and the door is open for Rollins to be the solo face of WWE. With Hunter running the show, there ain't a damn way Rollins leaves.

Why would he go be a flashlight in a minor league promotion, when he's a superstar in the biggest wrestling promotion in the world?

Lolz WWE damn near plagiarized the Hangman promo....I mean, I get it, this is the logical story for Punk/Rollins, but I wish they did it differently. Not sure how different they could have made it, but it comes off as if they copied it.

WOW!!....

Watched some highlights of Rhea vs Maxine Dupri. Dupri needs a lot of work. She was sandbagging Rhea and just does not have enough ring time. They should have never put her in the ring on Raw. Reminded me of when they had Lana wrestling.

Fuck all that, let her be eye candy.

That Hartwell chick always comes off as awkward looking to me. I don't know why but she's like a female Goofy.

Yeah, those botches were definitely on Maxxine. Rhea is too good in the ring for her to be at fault.
Maxxine is fine as hell, but she has no business being in the ring.
Hopefully, this is her last match for a while or at least send her to the performance center and NXT to work on her craft.

Hartwell always comes off like a generic female CAW on WWE 2K to me.
She needs a gimmick bad because she's just boring to watch right now.
Some of the stuff she did with Dexter Lumis in NXT was ok.

Lol, are these the same paragraphs you're gonna write everytime a WWE wrestler's contract is about to expire?
