or Ohio Stae

Michigan is the number one team right now since Georgia lost. So Ohio State's only was at Michigan.
I think that argument would be that all three (OSU, Bama, and Texas) all have 1 loss, but Bama and Texas both won their conferences while OSU was sitting on the couch this weekend.

I would agree if Ohio State wasn't playing on the road in front of 100,000 people.

Ohio State lost to Michigan
Bama lost to Texas
Texas lost to Oklahoma

Two of those are good losses.

IMO you can't put Alabama in. Maybe if they won by 20+ points today.

Yea I think the powers that be are gonna see it another way, so it's gonna be messy.

Let's see if anything crazy happens the rest of the night to possibly clear things up (or make things even more murky).

If FSU wins....they secure the 3rd spot.
Texas should get the nod for the 4th spot.....SEC needs to sit in the cold this year.

Imo, playoffs need to be 8 teams.

Only the SEC stans who view their conference as Football Valhalla wouldn't see the issue with this.

They've already started saying their wins are better than Texas not counting Texas win over Bama..lol
"Bear" on Fox just said his 4 would be Mich, Bama, Wash, Texas. He made a good point and said that the Bama win actually brings Texas in because you can't take Bama w/o Texas. You either take both or neither.

I was saying they might leave Texas and Bama out because they can't put Bama in over Texas

I wish could come in here and say it doesn't matter who the other teams are michigan is winning it all, but the way they are playing right now I don't know.

The offense def needs to show more than they have. Ain't heard nothin from Roman Wilson for a few games wonder if he's still hurt.

OSU's only loss would only be the (now) #1 team in the nation, while on the road, and by less than a TD

It'll be:
Michigan vs FSU
Washington vs Ohio State

Michigan vs Ohio State for the chip.

OSU winning 21 - 14

Georgia might have snuck in, but the point differential was just TOO much in the loss to Bama.

Louisville offensive is so bad and FSU isn't that good either. I see the playoff looking like Michigan, Washington, Georgia, and FSU. Even though I'm a Bama fan I don't see them or Texas getting in. The committee shouldn't knock Georgia down no further than 3 maybe 4.

Louisville O tore up Norte Dame's D. It's a real O. FSU was on GOD mode tonight. Also 2nd string will be playing next. Wash, FSU, Texas, Mich(weakest team) Fuck Bama and SEC crying. Bama were not world beaters until UGA. Don't be a prisoner in the moment.

1. Michigan
2. Washington
3. Georgia
4. FSU

I think you have to put Georgia in they are a 2 time defending champ, had a 29 game win streak, and only lost by 3. I want Alabama in but this playoff committee hasn't liked Alabama this year. If Bama is in you have to put Texas in. But I think the 4 best teams are Michigan, Alabama, Georgia, and Washington.

Texas gonna jump Florida St.

(1) Michigan
(2) Washington
(3) Texas
(4) Florida St.

All of a sudden that 12 team playoff next year is looking mighty enticing. I still think It should be an 8-team playoff.
I can see that.
But all things considered, I think FSU should be awarded for going undefeated.

I honestly can't see them leaving out an undefeated Power 5 Conf champ.

Then, you'd figure the 4th team would be Texas since they beat the 1 loss SEC champs head to head. That makes the most sense this year imo.

Man if you would've listened to the Paul Finebaum show last week that's all they were saying. Bama fans think that they were going to springboard over a Texas that beat them and an undefeated ACC Champion just because they beat the number 1 team.

:hithead:

ESPN Heather Dinich is already spreading that propaganda right now. She got Bama at #4 in her CFP projections.

I think FSU is the weakest of the top 6 teams (even with their starting qb), but you can't leave them out.
1. Michigan
2. Washington
3. Georgia
4. FSU

If they put Georgia in it would be because they considered that blown 4th down catch on the drive Bama scored on.
