Who is the oldest supervillain currently alive? Someone who makes people go "Why is it never _____________?"

I think it was Strom Thurmond before Kissinger.

Trump isn't even 80 yet. There's gotta be someone older.

I read your post and immediately thought "That's a good one!"

I googled Cheney and saw he is 82-- I thought he was a good bit older than that.

So you beat Trump by five years in age. You could debate who the greater supervillain is-- I think Trump is more hated but Cheney has certain comic book villain qualities. And Trump's death toll is mostly covid- you could say that was largely attributable to incompetence but remember when it came out that he told Bob Woodward they knew it spread by air long before they told the public? That's more self-interested banal businessman evil than comic book Iraq war mastermind evil but still, at its root, evil. Cheney is probably the better supervillian and older to boot.

So I think we're good in the evil department. But can we get someone older on par with Cheney?

Or is he? Cheney was the man behind the curtain with Bush but McConnell made Obama his bitch with SCOTUS.

I think McConnell belongs in the conversation, I’d have to think about it…
