Utilize the players especially when they're new and hungry !!!! Players like Pickens want to keep their brand alive!!! His thirst for the ball reminds me of AB..so feed him the football...its difficult when your QB is still developing..I was pissed when we got rid of Dobbs,and kept Mason !!!
