What does any of that have to do with not being down for the slaughtering random innocent people? Doesn’t matter where they from
Context. It says a lot about the west. The fact that the ONLY footage that seems to be available to us here in the U.S. via places like YouTube is that featuring who they claim is Hamas killing Israeli people.
Yet, thousands more Palestinian civilians have been murdered by Israel in the last two weeks.
Hard as hell to find footage of that. Why?
It speaks to America being connected to the state of Israel by an umbilical cord. The response of President Biden who came out the box immediately condemning Hamas savagery but was slow on condemning the current Israeli slaughter of Palestinian innocents is reflective of that unshakeable loyalty to the State of Israel, to whom the U.S. regularly gives billons of dollars of funds and supplies them with weapons. Biden still has not specifically addressed comprehensively the deplorable conditions that spawned all of this that's happening right now and he and no presidents before him speak of the United States' complicity.
I would say it's comparable to Nat Turner organizing and moving against those who oppressed Black folks mercilessly. His crew wiped out entire families of whites including elderly, children and babies.
I've been on here since 2005 and have not once heard anyone speak a mumbling word that condemned Nat Turner and his guys for the innocents they slaughtered. Strange, the change in temperature around here when it comes to this conflict.
Prior to this current war of the last several days, most of the countries of the world (Africa, Asia, South America) have taken a hard line position of condemning the Israeli occupation of Palestine. Conspicuously the majority of the ones that did not condemn it were European (white countries).
So there is a racial component- especially considering that the ones claiming to be Jews who decided to occupy Palestine were primarily Ashkenazi aka white Europeans who hundreds of years ago
converted to the religion of Judaism. Some of those Muslims and Christian and Jewish people from the Middle East who were already in Palestine were ones whose bloodline made them Jewish going back to Abraham.
The same holds true for Africans from Morocco, Somalia, Eritrea and Ethiopia- a direct unbroken bloodline going back thousands of years. Yet the Zionists hate them and don't accept them in the State of Israel as true jews. They're treated horribly.
All said, I agree with you about the slaughtering of innocent people. I feel like it's terrible on both sides and I hate it and wish it would stop. But I also realize it was inevitable. What do you do when your people have been slaughtered by the tens of thousands? When you are living under occupation in apartheid conditions while your land is constantly being stolen, homes daily being randomly knocked down and destroyed by your oppressors, in order for them to take them over and build homes for themselves, with no compensation or repercussions? What do you do when you've run out of options?
There are no easy answers. Just saying that it's ugly and it's also criminal that the U.S. loves to humanize Israeli casualties but not Palestinian ones, and it's been like that for many decades and decades. They love to call one side "freedom fighters" and those fighting on the side of the oppressed "terrorists"... To report on and show the Israeli casualties and their families mourning, but totally black out any footage of the other side mourning- never show their casualties.
That's why I posted what I posted.
