The Panthers by a landslide.
They gave up their no. 1 pick for 2024 to the Bears, which may turn out to be the no. 1 overall pick. And the Bears still have their no. 1 which will be another top 5 pick. Even if Carolina wanted to do a trade, they have no draft capital.
