Its real simple, Dak is never going to be a difference maker and will never elevate a team to Super Bowl caliber.
You can win a Super Bowl with a bad to average QB, its been done several times. Cowboys have more issues on both sides other than QB, and Dak is not the guy to cover up those issues with non stellar play. They are just a slight above average team.
The 49ers and Eagles have better rosters, GMs, and coaches from top to bottom, and they can't progress past a 1 or 2nd playoff game without beating them or unless they are severely injured at QB, RB, and/ or receiver.
The best thing for the Cowboys to do is just let it play out, let Dak play himself off the team or he might get injured. If they don't make the playoffs, release him.
Cowboys have a fast defense, but not a solid defense, they have a glass jaw. Dak is not good enough to lead a team to the promised land with a lot of average skill players, that are not physical.
In the last 30 years, the 49ers and Eagles have combined to win 1 SB, even with all the great teams they have had. Winning a SB is not easy, because of free agency, the Cowboys will not win another SB no time soon, they are not physical enough.
They have no shot at beating the 49ers or Eagles on the road in the playoffs unless there are major injuries to their offenses.
I think every Cowboys fan knows this, they are not surprised by the loss or the way they lost.

WRs are trash. Zero separation in a non creative offense. 49ers had zero respect for slow ass Gallup and Lamb. Both of them are as fast or as slow as the 49ers LBs.
Run defense suspect giving up 5+ yards every first down.
McCarthy got let go from GB for a reason and Pollard alone isn't enough for a decent run game.
His fumble helped make the offense even more predictable.
Claypool would have been a perfect edition instead of Trey Lance. He's bigger and faster than any WR on your roster.
A lot of people let Dak down in that game, you don't lose by 32 because of the QB. The Jets can still compete with sorry ass Wilson because Brice Halls 200 yards in total offense.

Deion and Sheduer would be only better with Colorado's WRs. They have more size and speed than the Cowboys.
All that said, the Cowboys are probably going to make the playoffs. Giants and Commanders are going to make sure if it. Dallas is going to need to retool this off season. But they are from the worst of the NFC.
