It's the same with white college quarterbacks where they describe them in the following manner; He's smart, He's a quick learner, He's intelligent, He has a high IQ, He can process complex defenses, He's accurate, He's a pocket passer, etc. etc.
Where as the Black college quarterbacks are basically described in the following manner; He's fast, He has a strong arm, He's athletic and that's where it end.
