But if you have a vindictive women who is trying to railroad your life, it hard for a defense team to prove your innocent if you really are innocent given the "me too climate" we live in. Given the benefit of the doubt isn't on your side, in fact you don't have any.

Crying rape can be weaponized and if it turns out as a guy your innocent, your life is still ruined and in shambles. So I always have mixed feelings about cases like these.
