Low testosterone levels

I have always known about the gates dude..cause of his wife family...i found out about him in my conspiracy days... but what you said about mastering your thoughts and emotions... ahh ha! Thats basically all you have to do for the most part! Thoughts are things! Thoughts are your reality...hold on to a negative thought and see how much that effects you and or your day!

I had an awakening back in 2019 so that awareness about emotions and thoughts...run deep! (Conversation for another time) but yes on the excercise tip, if you do any sort at our age you will see and feel progress! My wife has a few sets of small dumbells and i took the smallest ones and began to use them... damn my muscle mass was down and as i began to get it up i even heal my wrist with the dumbbells and black seed oil...wrist never felt better! (Also i started wearing ankle weights)

I walk the treadmill 3/4 times a week! It changes as i do..sometimes i may not get on at all but just do some jumping jacks, situps and knee raises...they help with the bottom of my stomach...(learned that from a coworker)

And about many not taking a dump everyday...yeah i know guys at work thats like that..hell even one of the had gotten colon cancer for not taking a shit often enough! Me, man... listen it goes in and an hour or two later its ready to come out....regular over here...i like these kind of conversations its always good to get different points of views!

You are on point bruh thoughts are things and them things are powerful as fuck.... dudes and chicks

be fuckin up their whole day, dwelling on some dumbshit somebody mightve told them..

I dont care how crazy shit is getting around you... Just remember a time, when you felt really good,

whether it was at the beach, or winning a game, or just have a great time around people you enjoy,

or a time you just couldnt stop laughing....

Hold on to that moment all day, and watch the positive effects it starts to have... thats why these demons

the powers that shouldnt be, keep negative images all around us, constantly showing us shooting each other,

they also double down by combining the negative imagery with music....got all these young heads thinking

their own fam is the OPPs..

The OPPS are the cocksuckers the imposters who have us ALL under OCCUPATION, but when you master your thoughts, and start to envision the powers that shouldnt be, all bowing down to US,

and doing what we tell them to do.... just visualize that shit, and watch the effect it will have, especially

if you have to work around haters...Thats why meditation is so important.. and its easy as fuck.....

You just find somewhere you can be comfortable....anywhere... but for starters its good to do it in a room

or space you could be alone... close your eyes and watch your mind like a movie, you will notice,

or most will notice how many thoughts are just running wild, the goal is to not fight them but acknowledge it, then see it fading away, being deleted... you want to empty your mind the only

thing you focused on is your breath... Then take a deep breath, hold that bitch for like thirty seconds,

or as long as you can, then release the breath through your nostrils, as you release it, you envision

all the negative thoughts flowing out, and as you take in new breath, see a cleansing empowering light,

filling your body up.... and take another really deep breath and do it again....

Man bruh I did that shit and what I thought was a few seconds was more than 15 min....once I started

meditating.. I stopped arguing with people.. You understand energy and the transferring of energy,

and you learn how to embrace the positive and let the negative energy kick rocks...

Imagine if we all meditate and focused and visualized the planet the way we want it to

be... Collectively focused... bruh shit would change overnight....

Everything you see, it wouldnt be possible without a THOUGHT bruh!!!

Refresh and Clear yo mind

REFRESH AND CLEAR YO LIFE

and THATS only the BEGINNING...

I'm gonna post this in the spirit of sharing with you brothers. No judgement either way.

Pros and cons to everything. And yeah, people should be aware. I'm all for it.

But longer doesn't always mean better. Existing doesn't mean living. Again, everyone is different. Even on TRT, the doses to get to certain levels vary considerably. The side effects do too. Some people feel worse on trt. Some have to come off. Human body is crazy like that.

Do people want to feel better in their 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s? Are they worried about 70s and 80s? With low-T, some people are walking corpses in their 30s. :smh:

I do know people need to do a ton of research(I know that got a bad rap during COVID) before deciding. Seen plenty examples of people posting bloodwork where docs have crashed people because they giving injections every fucking 2 weeks or something even crazier. Unstable levels. Just nightmare stories.

Thanks for the meditation tip! I have been looking for a easy way to get that done! Usually if i run into issues where i may get upset about something I usually do 1 or 2 things I begin to say my affirmations or i step back in my mind and ask so why are you upset.. most of the time the negative feeling is gone! Such as when a car cut you off and i usually say well the dummy didn't hit you so let them keep moving! I have taken a screenshot of what you said so I can practice my new technique! Thats only the begining.. like you said...(one more thing i look at the powers that run this so called world as not a bad thing but a good thing..because they challenge you to make yourself better --your inner self--, those who want to be better will be and those who cant get pass the challenge then you know the rest!) Thankz big dawg!!

I’m curious, how old are you and what changes have you noticed? Have you experienced any cons? What were your levels before and after TRT?
43

Before test was at 400, wish is borderline... after I was at 1600... my Dr wanted to lessen my dosage but I told her HELL NO

No cons really... and I mean that... none at all

Biggest change for me was mental clarity, more energy, and stubborn belly fat/weight loss really kicked up... I'd say I'm down about 25lbs since February when I started... it was slow at first but when it started coming off I noticed I had picked up a lot of lean muscle, which is why the scale wasn't moving

Resistant exercises such as quick sessions of heavy weight lifting can stimulate a release of testosterone and increase androgen receptor function. One 2017 study found that men who performed resistance training for eight weeks experienced an average increase in testosterone levels of 17%

It isn't about putting testosterone in the body, it is also about receptors. Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome can turn you into a women.

It could be losing sensitivity to testosterone as you get older.

I know some people who do meditation via Youtube.

They'll put on one of those meditation channels or music-based ones, and just zone out for 20 - 30 mins in the evening ... said they find that really helpful.

Did you work out more?

Did you work out more?
So I'm still on this shit... still going strong... test levels still high... I workout like crazy at age 45. I'm in the gym 5 to 6 days a week, on the stair master 3 times a week, and am trying to run a 5k this year.

*side note, a pair of GOOD running shoes are expensive!

I had got off for a while because well, I've explained that shit dozens of times on here so I won't go over that again. That combination plus everything else i was going thru caused me to balloon up over 280lbs. I was FAT AS FUCK!

I got back on it, got my shit together and now I'm a good 45lbs lighter sitting at 235lbs and inching closer to sub 20% body fat. I made a promise to myself i wasn't getting off again and so far I've stuck to it

Where can I get TRT? I briefly looked online.

At 49 years old, I stopped TRT back in January after being on it for about three years. I decided to come off for several reasons.

First, I could not get my hematocrit under control. TRT thickens the blood, which raises hematocrit levels. The only ways to manage it are lowering the dosage or donating blood regularly. My levels were consistently elevated to the point that I had to donate blood two to three times within a three-month period. I absolutely hated that cycle.

Second, I struggled to manage my estrogen. Excess testosterone converts into estrogen, and elevated estrogen creates a range of issues. Mine was consistently high. Even with estrogen blockers, I could never properly time them to offset the spike that followed each injection. It affected my mood, blood flow, and contributed to weight gain.

I also experienced significant hair thinning.

Additionally, I already take blood pressure medication, and TRT kept my blood pressure elevated for most of the time I was on it.

The final push came when my pharmacy had my prescription on backorder. I was traveling internationally and my vials didn’t arrive before I left, so I missed a week. When I returned, I decided not to restart. I stopped cold turkey.

About three weeks later, I had some mild mood swings, but nothing severe. I work out at least 5 times a week. My workouts have not declined. My strength has not diminished. In fact, I’ve increased my sets and feel strong in the gym.

I replaced TRT with the following daily supplements:
  • L-Arginine powder – 6g
  • CoQ10 – 100mg
  • Pycnogenol – 100mg (morning and night)
  • ZMA (zinc, magnesium, B6)
  • Fish oil
  • Vitamin D3/K2
  • Vitamin E
I feel good and have had no issues. The combination of L-Arginine, CoQ10, and Pycnogenol has been especially effective for blood flow.

I’m not saying TRT is bad. It just didn’t work well for my body. I continued longer than I probably should have because I didn’t initially connect the side effects to TRT. Once I recognized the pattern, I made the decision to stop and I’m glad I did. I know others who respond very well to it. Unfortunately, I wasn’t one of them.

Damn man I'm sorry to hear about the side effects, but glad to hear that you're still maintaining.

Appreciate it man.. It was great when I started. Just wasnt for me long term. The good thing is, I did not feel non of the side affects rolling off of it that people said you would feel. That was my only fear.

Again, glad to hear that you're good and it's great that you didn't feel bad once you got off of it!
