There is not much difference between countries with the overwhelming propaganda and surveillance state by whites. If you fall out of favor with whites by not engaging in racial cannibalism, they can blacklist or terminate your employment, make things difficult.
I know how it really is in the U.S., I am planning to live in other countries and wouldn't feel it would be a fail. If they approach me wanting to do something to another black person, than I am taking off.

I am in the same boat right now for myself, they are slow walking everything. It is a dead end for me in the U.S. For me it is the suffocating surveillance that just makes living in a country intolerable.
Option A
Immigrating quietly with your pension or disability. Hey you are living in this country because the cost of living is cheap, not because you are under suffocating surveillance and assassination attempts. Russian defectors are perfect examples going into Europe. I am living in the EU because I met my spouse there would be my cover story.
Option B
Political Asylum or Defecting is least desirable option, it put your country on blast. They will dispatch their intelligence services to watch and make attempts to character assassinate. You might die discreetly to shut you up. The country you are defecting to has to cosign by giving you refugee status which could impact their trade relationships and military alliances.

Another thing the U.S. will do if it think you will be a high profile defector get you up on criminal charges. I believe this guy may have been targeted because he looked up shit online. This guy fleeing to North Korea had something going on with him, again looking up defecting or immigration is a bad move. They will make it difficult financially while they manufacture some nonsense to discredit you.
Julian Assange was labeled as a rapist/criminal seeking political asylum to escape the justice system. Russell Simmons could have been targeted in a similar manner if he was looking hard at immigrating. Just being high profile and spending too much time in another country can raise red flags. Lets say Jeff Bezos builds a house in another country and spends 99% of his time there, that can be considered defacto political asylum, a rape claim will come out labeling him a criminal trying to escape the justice sytem.
Another thing is labeling you as having mental health issues by staging a car accident, than if you question it, put you in a psych ward. Finally, with assets they have planted in the country, starting a whisper campaign with half truths
Many other countries utilize the same tactics.
