Wow.

That was completely unexpected

Took me a minute to decide if I was really experiencing something "good" and just not flooded with style.

Because I LOVE the look.

I'm a big steven soderbergh fan so the writing directing look cinematography dialogue etc was gonna be a given

The editing messed with me. It NEVER EVER stopped. It's tense from the the moment the series begin and never ever let's up

And I'm a fam of every single vet in this cast.

seeing they are filming in Richmond Hill is cool, them filming with ambient light with minimal off camera lighting - is really good

well its Guyanese-ish - not one authentic accent with a sprinkling of real curse phrases,
CCH style house etc is more like an indian guyanese than a black

Zazie playing a person with Borderline Personality Disorder - wow - she is so good its triggering my trauma from an ex

Agreed with all that.

I've seen that kind of Guyanese mix in real life so it didn't bother me I appreciated the efforts.

Zazie just... bro it's crazy. She doesnt something that many actors dont do anymore. Illicit real true emotion and reaction from her audience. I always get wrapped up in her performance and FORGET she is playing a character.

I still don't know of she is one of the best young actors if our generation, picks the best roles or she has the greatest management team ever or all of the above!

To be THAT talented and THAT Beautiful?

I still curse that white boy she lay with monthly.

I sent my pops the trailer a few weeks ago. He said it looked good, but he thought he would pass as he’s trying to keep up with everything else.

I stopped by his place a few days ago to visit and watch some of our shows. I showed him the first 20 mins and he changed his mind and said he’s in, lol! I gave him the first 2 eps on his flashdrive.

He’s a big fan of CCH Pounder dating back 20 years to her time on The Shield.
 
Damn good series which talks about how certain foods and products changed the way we eat.
Also goes into detail on why the FDA was created, thanks to primarily to one company.
First season include, The Heinz Empire, Kellogg, Hershey, Mars, McDonalds, KFC, and Birdseye frozen foods
Will start the 2nd season later today.
It's on Hulu

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I just started watching SUITS last week. i was bored and looking for something to watch that i hadn't seen or heard about.
And Suits is a great fucking show. I'm only a week in, and I'm already in Season 4. I can't stop watching this shit....lol.
I'm gonna have to look up Pearson and watch that after I'm done with this.

How did you like Saul’s final season? Cast and crew sure did a great job with that series.

You’re in for a treat with The Bear. The show gets better as it progresses.

Enjoyed season 2 of Industry.

Gonna start I’m a Virgo soon enough.

I'm on episode four I think. Four or five.

It's easier for me to watch a weekly show without commercials like Secret Invasion, Succession or Hijack

because when it's commercials(Dave, Snowfall) I eventually fall off during the season, because commercials annoy me and add 15-20 minutes to the show.

Agreed re: commercials.

Got most stuff saved on the DVR. And if I watch anything relatively “live” I usually give it a head start so I can fast-forward and catch up to it in progress.
