This is crazy, because I love rice and beans and chicken in the Instant Pot with curry. To know I can't get two servings/helpings sucks.I'm a visual guy so I write in a little notebook and I use 'FatSecret' to find calorie values.
I'll tell you, when I found out one slice of meatloaf was 400 calories and I was regularly taking 2, my eyes were opened. Double the veggies and cut the carbs (basically all grains are 200 cal per cup) and I started dropping weight like crazy.
Oh yeah, get a kitchen scale to measure the weight of meats, etc.
Anyway, got some Essential amino acids, so I took those this morning on an empty stomach. Not really hungry




If they answer 'yes', it's
"You're eating too much fat ass!!!" And this is fools talking to lean people who want to get shredded. People nowhere near fat.
