Roller coaster riders stuck upside down for 3 HOURS in Wisconsin

A roller coaster at a Wisconsin festival over the Fourth of July weekend left some passenger stuck hanging upside down for at least three hours before rescuers climbed up to free them. Everyone was safely rescued.
