not gonna laugh but i do have questions

Basically, humid as fuck. The atmosphere reached a point where water couldn’t evaporate much, so you’re just stuck in sauna like environment.
Wet-bulb temp is a meteorological term we use inside the community, particularly when we are talking about Skew-T diagrams that helps us measure atmospheric conditions from the ground to the upper levels.
so that extra humidity makes 94 dangerous?
Humidity can only reach a certain level, which maxes at 100%. When you add 94 degree temperature to it, then it’s worse outside.
But when that temp AND humidity it layered in the upper level atmosphere as well, then nothing can evaporate. There is usually a layer of dry air above that can absorb some of the moisture.
So whenever in rains in those area, then look out because the rain rates will be extremely heavy.
