A search is underway for missing submarine that takes people to see Titanic..

If you think they had a painless death, I got news for you. If the imploding shell didn't simply crush them, their lungs and ear canals were fucked.

At pressure on earth, there isn't enough to crush bones and shit. We fill our camera cables with oil because there's only so much contraction that can happen. They were in pure fucking agony as the felt the weight of a skyscraper on every square inch of their bodies. Any gas in their intestines burst out, chest cavity crushed and shit. Naw, they felt that shit.

do you realize how much pressure there is that far down underwater?

They're tired of cac's shit.
It’s like the neighbors dog, it barks at people workin

I have firecrackers galore, everytime it barks I pop two

I get peace and quiet,

The other dog would bark everytime I got near the fence

Now its quiet dog

I have changed it’s behavior

They tried and failed. Human existence is dependent on this very notion. We would’ve never left Africa if we didn’t try shit as human beings, win or lose.

RIP to these folks for at least trying. Hopefully the next try is better equipped and funded.
Except this was not an exploration. It was a tour. I get what you are saying but the Titanic wreck site was undiscovered until the 1980s. Then more trips were made to get video, 3D scans, and photos fom the site. And most of those trips were using drones and unmanned submersibles.

These people in this submersible were not doing anything to discover something new or unknown. This was a billionaires equivalent to rubber necking an accident.

I'm guessing there was no "black box" so we will never know what happened.
Black box??? The way they are talking about how passive the CEO was about safety and mechanical issues, if parts were not readily available at Walmart or Home Depot, they were not on that submersible.

The Titan reportedly had seven..... SEVEN different ways to get back to the surface...... and all failed? Sounds like a sudden catastrophic implosion to me

:itsawrap:
I won submersible bingo..... the ends popped offa that shit like a soda can full of toothpaste and hit with a five-pound sledge hammer... :smh:
:itsawrap:

.

Nah this is stupider and dumber.

And the subs have done over 200 dives, so apparently it wasn't dumb until someone died.

That idiot didn’t pay 250k to jump overboard. It was always dumb as fuck even when nobody died . It was so dumb that many people backed out when they saw the rinky dink sub controlled by a video game controller so yeah it was dumb as fuck always.

James Cameron says he's made many dives to the Titanic but he says dude in this sub skipped a lot of regulations. :smh:

Are you seriously sitting here trying to justify people paying 250k to ride in that thing as not dumb?

Yes I am.

Just because I'm not interested in it doesn't mean that others shouldn't be.

I wouldn't pay $100 to go see it because I'm not interested. But it's one of the most famous ship wrecks ever so I can understand why others would be interested in seeing it

I bet that Dad was sold on the fact that very few dives have ever gone wrong in the history of diving and that the pure whiteness of the CEO meant he and his son were safe.

You gettin paid $250k a pop and you wanna skimp on safety??

Beware of these cacs.
No different from when the dumb ass pilot skimp on safety that caused kobe and his daughter demise.

I don’t believe folks just do shit solely for the exploration or discovery of new things. Many times people just try shit and find out the hard way how not to do something out of curiosity. The next folks to try this will know how not to do this and follow safety protocols on submersible engineering and how to dive properly and collect whatever they head down for. That’s valuable information and an example set for future explorers. Research, tourist or otherwise.

This company cut corners left right and center on this voyage and found out the hard way they shouldn’t have. Anybody trying this shit going forward is well warned.

Do you see what you’re saying? That guy admitted to cutting corners to save Money and avoid inspections. This wasn’t a professionally run excursion . It was rated to only go a depth 1/3rd of where they went. Over time of course it’s going to develop damage. It’s not about being interested, it’s about throwing that kind of money to ride in a piece of shit .

200 trips and nobody died, no one needed to be rescued. We’re looking at all of the interviews and evidence after the fact.

I saw the segment about the dives when it originally came on and thought nothing of it. Like most others.

For 14 years his tours were a success.

Do you hear what I’m saying?

Nothing you say justifies this dumb shit

The fuck you sighing about? You can only cut corners for so long before that shit catches up with you in dangerous situations like this. Just because 200 trips were ok doesn’t make this shit normal or OK. It was going to happen.

I'm sighing because you only hear and see your perspective and think that's the only correct one.

I agree with you about the cutting of corners, but year 1, 14 or year 30 the same things would've been said.

It's now being revelead that Navy undersea microphones in the North Atlantic apparently caugt the implosion on them..... they heard an explosion about the time of the submersible losing contact

The entire world is laughing at these idiots so no . Every single person who is an expert is calling them all idiots including James Cameron who made the damn movie and went to the deepest part of the ocean. You have to be trolling.

I'm laughing at dudes in here trying to equate that shitty submersible with exploring or leaving Africa.

GTFOH.

That sub was owned by a dude that literally said that safety regulations are inconvenient and needlessly expensive. When your boss has that mindset you know shit is gonna be a mess. They had a man working for the company that said that the sub is overly dangerous......THEY FIRED HIM.

Few of y'all on here think being stupid is being cool.

supposedly they found the debris...the sub crushed when it first lost contact. navy won't reveal how they know for national security but it's a wrap.
rip to the 5 aboard, what a way to go. i don't even like being chest deep in the ocean let alone miles under it

That dude rolled the dice one time too many and rolled snake eyes.... rich and fucking dumb as hell... was told to make that hull 7" thick and went with 5"..... should have made it 14"... only things that survived intact were the titanium steal endcaps

:itsawrap:

I'm trolling because I explained to you why people would want to see the Titanic wreckage?

No I wouldn't have went, but nobody does or was rescued in over 200 dives so the passengers thought that they were safe. Unfortunately they were wrong on that trip.

But you got it because I'm wasting words.
