wall or ceiling?
i'm gonna assume it is an outside wallWall
As has been mentioned it sounds like you're getting water in the wall from a bad spot in your roof, gutter, soffit, missing mortar, etc. You'll need to fix that before you deal with the mold or it will just keep coming back. Once you correct the issue letting water into the wall you'll need to give it some time to dry out. If your drywall isn't too compromised you could wash it with a bleach solution or other treatment chemical, then prime over it and give it a couple layers of paint. You'll have to keep it dry after than and it should be good. It the drywall is ruined you'll need to replace it.

you can look and see if you have a water issuse on the roof around the area
where the mold is i.e. clogged gutter, shingles missing or damaged
if the leak is not on the roof then it is on the wall
look for damage on the wall
if you have an attic go into it and look for the issue in the area around the wall

for a wet bar you need electrical, plumbing, and carpentryNaw I don’t. I was just going to start doing google searches of contractors in the area
Thanks. The area is already for a wet bar with plumbing and etc. but I will take your advicefor a wet bar you need electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
not gonna be cheap
especially a drain for the sink, think busting up a portion of the floor to tap into your main drain
or a sink that drains into a tank that has a pump in it
we get alotta business while in the hardware store getting supplies
people talk to us and we let them kow we do renovations/remodels then show them pictures of our work
get several estimates from reputable companies then start asking people you know or in your neighborhood for suggestions
i know some homeowners you know have had work done at some point
is the plumbing and electrical already inThanks. The area is already for a wet bar with plumbing and etc. but I will take your advice
Yupis the plumbing and electrical already in
then you should give it a try
Not really seen anything yet online, but I’m starting to research now.then you should give it a try
it's just a box made of 2x4s with a skin on it and a top with a hole in it
you can make the box and put a skin on it
the things that makes the box look high end is how it's trimmed out and the counter-top
pay someone else to do that, the electrical and placing the sink and plumbing
you'll save thousands
better still get kitchen cabinets for an island and have someone else put the top on it
how high-end do you want it
have you seen anything that you would want in your house already
