He had a state gun charge stemming from him being caught with two guns in the car in San Diego. The state dropped the charges so the feds could pick them up. So him speaking of his boy taking the charge for him will definitely be part of the evidence against him. Possession of a weapon as a felon is another felony. The inditment will be unsealed next thursday when he is arraigned but the way it played out is typical of the feds picking up a state charge.

I know a dude from Louisiana just got sentenced to 9 and a half yrs fed 2 Friday's ago. Convicted felon. They had a warrant to search for a weapon but didn't find it. They found a camera\recording device and got a warrant to search it. They found a picture of him holding the gun in it.
Same thing is happening to Boosie. I'll be surprised if he gets less than 10yrs.

Also, his dumb ass security had the gun in the seat of the car they were driving in which should've been in a bag or compartment. I don't know dude directly but know of his case. My potna was in the courtroom same day out there in Lafayette. He sold a book to a dude from out there but dude phone was tapped. He set up a deal for the book. They watched him leave his house in Louisiana and watched him at my boy house in Katy cop the book. On his way back to Louisiana they stopped him once he crossed the state line and found the book. I think he got 21yrs I may be wrong but my potna got 60 months he never had a conviction before and he been hustling since the 80s no cases.
Luck ran out. Game is the game tho. Feds sentence on a point system.
