Portland needs to move on from Dame. Scoot & Sharpe could be 1 of the best duos in the West in a couple years. Under the new CBA it's more important to have a lower cap and multiple draft picks now. There's no one that Portland is gonna trade for to pair with Dame that's put them over the hump.

Just going by fantasy stats alone, I'd roster Porz, Kuzma or Avdija before Beal. He likes to disappear for big stretches, then stat pad when it doesnt matter anymore.
When you bring in the money, I'm not sure he's worth that much more than Herro
