I’ve never seen an episode of either version but this praise has me intrigued.

My mom and her bf checked out the 1st season and said it was pretty good. They liked having it in their rotation of shows; not sure if they caught the 2nd season.

Superman & Lois

Definitely one of the strongest episodes of the season with a plot mainly focusing on family. A lot of great raw emotion playing out in multiple scenes as characters made peace with various changes in their lives.
Rumors have been heavy this week about the fate of the show and it would truly be ashame if it's cancelled.



Perry Mason im sorry to hear its been cancelled . I felt that it was just getting it's second wind and there was interesting paths on the shows horizon. Praise to everyone that worked on this show

It’s like a big budget action comedy. Quite funny at times, mixed in with WTF cringe as well. It’s worth a look.

It’s funny to see the format of it all too. An action-comedy with notable names and HBO’s big budget backing it. John Goodman must like working on it, compared to the tired and stale The Conners on network ABC.

Gemstones is way funnier.

It’s funny watching him play the straight man and more serious ... with the chaotic, asshole antics from his grown kids and others around him. Eric Roberts was a good cast addition in season 2. Enjoyed their scenes together. Hopefully we get more of Baby Billy in s3 too.
