I'm going to sound very sexist here but fuck it. She's a woman. Women pick and choose what to follow and how they pay attention to in sports. Apparently reporters as well. She said nothing surprising. She wasn't "forced" to cover Denver so she never paid attention. Her job didn't require her to and because Denver had lackluster postseasons during Jamal's injury she didn't HAVE to know anything about Denver to appear like she has knowledge of the teams/players that are playing. She's a casual. Probably roots for teams to win based on the locale so they can send her to report there. Stephen A does the same thing.
