At minimum the Titans needed another offensive lineman and 2 WR's. This nicca Ran pissing me off, done already asked Kevin Byard to take a paycut.

Everyone knows Tannehill was done after this year, they could have coached up Willis to give him a fair shot with a competent offensive coordinator and line, and look at next years draft if he didn't improve.
