Production-wise, the whole fucking roster can turn over. 1-11? But my concern is depth. Gonna be interesting seeing him get to or close to 85.
Yeah Deion bringing in a real staff means a lot. No doubt Deion is a game changer for the Pac-12.
Here's the thing though. 2/3 of the team left. That means this whole spring camp was a waste for everyone. Deion getting new players in but they gonna be new players with no time to gel together. Everything is new for almost everyone. First game is against TCU... Might get ugly.
Of course it all depends cause I'm saying that without knowing who's coming in from the portal. Logic says it's not 1st stringers. But lots of 2nd or 3rd stringers from the SEC can play in the Pac-12.
If Deion's reach and influence is as great as we've seen, this first year is not THE YEAR to expect greatness. Give him til year 2 with his own players. All these transfer portal jumpers are dead weight and potential players. Coach Prime wants potential greatness.

Anyone that follows HBCU football already knew this was coming. He completely decimated JSU's roster and folks had all the exact same criticism.
I think many programs felt he was not qualified to be head coach. He didn’t have a track record.

Depth is one thing, like the backup qb is a true freshman… he made some throws but you want someone who can do the same thing or close to qb1…. Your qb3 might have the time to grow if you’re in a win now mode.
Now this one other than about depth and the players leaving.
I’m sure some of those 3’s from Georgia/FSU, Tennessee etc are better players than the players who left.

Not being able to crack the starting rotation at some of these school don’t mean a player is trash.
I got laughed at when I said they will build a SEC like defense…
I mean they hired coaches from Bama, coaches with Georgia, LSU, A & M ties…. I’m sure they can implement a few things to bring toughness to the team.
Colorado old staff might’ve signed players to play a zone type of coverage…
