Charles is pretty old and has been talking politics for a long time to not know the difference between non-political and non-partisan.
Mainstream media loves them coons…. Don Lemon might been Gay but him not being a coon is what got him fired.

I never watched CNN to begin. However, I never thought--until now--of making a concerted effort to avoid watching CNN.

This show has 2 functions.
- To appeal to White people.
- To aggravate Black people.
CNN knows full well neither Charles Barkley nor Gayle King have a "favorable" standing with Black people today, so they were banking on the support from White people (almost exclusively) to keep thisminstrel show afloat.
So they figured; what better way to garner ratings and to "court" controversy than bringing together these two Black people who'll happily regurgitate "White talking points" and who (in doing so) clearly aren't afraid to alienate themselves further from The Black Community...?
Plain and simple...
