If anything a black woman with a white man is more beneficial to black folks than the opposite. Normally wives are close to their mothers and family. Kids are raised around and spend the majority of their time with the wife and her fam and friends. If there is divorce or the woman is widowed, all the assets usually follow the wife and the community she is involved in. So a black woman marrying white brings in resources to the black community and a black man marrying white gives resources to the white community.
