Overcooked crap.... I bet that the Mexican help cooked it.... the cheapest paid workers in there, work in the food area
sidebar: it's in Cali, so you know they're Messican

.
No doubt made with sweepings from the slaughterhouse floor and pink slime.

Nah, I wouldn't go that far, Costco has some good shit..... they just had OP in charge of the creative product team that day....... and of course they fired him cause of that unseasoned shit

If they are making it from their own meat brand I'd try it. I don't eat burgers often. Rarely ever from outside of home. However, the Kirkland 1/3 lb 85/15 lean burgers are a hit with me.
There's no way that they wouldn't use their own brand on shit at the food counter..... they're known in part for the good food there.... some mofos go there just for lunch... it's fucking beyond me how that obviously overcooked shit made it past the testing, unless the testing part was to see how the help could/would possibly fuck it up.... and as to the no seasoning.... cac shit
sidebar: when he opened it up, you could see from that char that it was overcooked and dry

The Cooking Forum should be relaunched. I'm about to buy a wok and explore Asian cooking. It'd be cool if we had a forum for stuff like that.
