Official 2025 NFL Off Season Discussion!!!

Will do :thumbsup:

Really like what I'm hearing about him from 9ers writers:yes:

Mosley started out undrafted
But bust his ass & became our starting CB for the past few years
He's real solid & underrated
He can't handle the elite WR's (Justin Jefferson, Tyreek, Metcalf, J.Chase), one on one
But he's good enough to handle that next tier of WR's (like CeeDee Lamb)

He's coming off an ACL injury, so I'm not sure if he'll return to form
But yall basically have him on a cheap "prove it deal"
He might play better later on in the season, when he gets healthier
Good luck this season fam, the Lions should finally be legit

We were expecting to bring Sam Darnold back but were dancing around and Darnold went to the niners..i'd rather have Darnold than this dude :smh:

@BlackGoku
Bruh, how the hell is Andy Dalton making more money than Sam Darnold? :smh:
I was looking at Darnold's numbers his last few games & dude was actually solid
I'm not sure if it was just garbage time stats though? :dunno:

People were talking about bad about Darnold, but you're right, he did play well down the stretch. Dude is more athletic than he's given credit for as well. Wilks protected him by running the ball and then going off play action. Personally, I think his best game was the one he played up in Seattle. This is why I was saying if we gonna go sign Carr or Jimmy G, just keep Darnold and pay him less.

@darth frosty
What do you think of the NFC North, this upcoming season ???

1. Even if Jordan Love turns out to be decent...he still doesn't really have any help
2. Did the Bears do enough to go from last, to first in the division
3. The Vikings lost a couple players, so they might've gotten worse

I know last season I was

But this year I think we have a fighting chance.

I admire what chicago's GM is doing, but I don't know about the coaching staff.

GB got some dark times ahead of them as Love comes out of favre-er rogers shadow.

Vikes are weird cause it feels like they waiting for cousins time there to be over, like GB has been doing with rogers.

I feel that the north is up for grabs and we have a good chance of claiming it.

Of course brothers @TooTrilla @Complex @Madrox and others will have there say, but thats the nature of the black and blue division!

I look forward to the play on the field because my lions attitude is:

The Division is up for grabs for sure, esp if GB is Kaaron-less. Every season is a different animal with turn over and injuries so you never know.

As far as us, I think we're headed in the right direction and will be fun to watch, or at least interesting. We still really need a RT and a 3T so I'm looking fwd to them drafting the dudes that they want at those positions since we missed out on a few in FA (so far).

I like Flus (the HC) but the jury is still out on both coordinators. Getsy (OC) had some growing pains as a first-time play caller and Williams (DC) seems like a good dude who knows his stuff in the pressers, but the Defense looked like trash too many games and we couldn't hold a lead for shit. But I think a lot of that was lack of quality personnel (no pass rushers and we had like 3-4 rookie DBs playing a ton of snaps.. plus undrafted rookie Sanborn starting at LB)

So, we shall see...
