Entering the final year of his rookie deal not including the 5th year option
Yeah, Aiyuk runs better routes & gets open more than Deebo
He's not elite or anything, but he's really solid
On a different team with a better QB (not Garoppolo)
Aiyuk would be putting up CeeDee Lamb numbers
Shakedown.. she's threatened to expose him literally every single year since his break-out season at LSU

This is the time of the year I hate. These teams coming at players asking for a pay cut. And we are not talking a dollar less an hour we talking about a $10 mil pay cut. This is why these players need guaranteed contracts. This is also the reason why teams will not give guaranteed cause they know they will get it back.

This is a super weird trade because it's great for both the Bears and Panthers. The Bears get a really good WR for Fields, plus they pick up enough draft capital that they can move up in next year's draft if they need a QB. Plus they're still in the top 10, so they will still get a really good player at #9.
But CJ Stroud and Bryce Young are the kind of talents where that just giving up 1 extra first-round pick and 2 seconds aren't really all that much.

And when they leave for a better position, the 49ers get a free comp pick

For what they gave up, better be Stroud. If they traded up to get AR-15, they must know something that we don't know. I just don't see it. I'm really going to miss DJ Moore though.

With the Offensive Line Solidified, after Stroud, we need to get him more WRs to throw to. We also need to get an upgrade at TE. If Stroud is the guy and he's able to start day one, really looking forward to seeing what the offense can do.
