Man anyone with a cartel level connect aint driving into no damn Mexico to cop shit. If they was on the level to get work like that that shit would have a shipping point. Plus they from south Carolina, the closest hub with major to them would be ATL or South Florida.

You’re generalizing the entire cartel world. You have gangbangers with direct links to cartels. San Diego and LA Mexican street gangs work directly with cartel members. You act like everybody in the cartel is El Chapo. They have multiple levels of contact people who can get you work. Just because a person is meeting with a cartel member don’t mean it’s the boss. Every cartel transaction isn’t kilos of work.
