Not true. Nike puts its best foot foward with regards to the Jordan brand. Best looking, styling, marketing, and design goes into his logo.

Production of clothes and shoes requires infrastructure and connections. That shit dont just fall out the sky. The nigga Jordan did what he was supposed to do, which is HOOP! He let the shoe company do what they was supposed to do, which is R&D, manufacturing, shipping, the best designers, etc. Imagine how much would Jordan would have spent out his own pocket to grow the brand.
