I started going to the gyms in DR (Puerto Plata and Santo Domingo) and the last thing I am thinking about is ass, as tempting as it is. I'm more focused on my breath control and finishing my sets.

For those who can't focus it's best if you run one out or take a cold shower before going to the gym.
 
HSCO was able to track down Thomas-Jones and arrest him on January 23. He faces charges of sexual battery, false imprisonment, and kidnapping.
According to a criminal report affidavit, Thomas-Jones had a similar incident the day after the gym attack. Thomas-Jones knocked on another woman's door after watching her for several minutes on her balcony, according to authorities.
"He comes and knocks on the door and I answer thinking it could be a custodial man or something like that and I open the door and he's like do you want to hang out?" said the woman.

Deputies said Thomas-Jones took about four steps into the apartment. The woman's fiancé was home and chased him away.
"You have no idea who I am. You have clearly been watching me from outside my apartment and you just decided to come out and knock on my door. It was weird. It was really weird, really scary," she said.

Something similar happened to 1 of my younger female cousins yrs ago..except she didn’t have a gun.. she had a knife.. nig tried to rob her and than sexually assault her.. she was willing to give up her wallet and phone but she wasn’t down with giving up the goods and went straight Jason voorhees on his ass.. stab him up and nig died on the spot..open and shut case of self defense.. proud of my lil Cuzzo..survival mode kicked in and caught a body instead of being a victim

Now if you see a guy looking like this with his nails pedicured and done up, he won't bother you at all. I work with alot of men like this and they get emotional. This is what we are evolving to as a man, it is more effeminate appearance, falsetto voice. You can see his ear has been pierced displaying flashy jewelry to attract women.

Hold on now to me looking at ass in those tights are a plus to going to the gym, but I keep it at just looking when it's in my line of sight. I've seen guys change up their whole workout routine trying to get close to women so they can look or try to talk to them, those guys are really the ones that started the gym wars because before most women just came in the gym just to play around, show off their leggings and pretend they are gym goers but now more and more women are actually working out for real and those are the ones that don't want to be bothered
 
Was that door the only way in or out? If so he could have attacked her when she tried to leave.
 
Anytime I get in an elevator women just tense up, they face me the whole time like a wild animal was just let in their cage rather than just letting me have an angle of attack behind her. Many of them will clutch their purse, and start pleading with me even though I have no intentions. I must give off that energy that they can sense, such as my rough appearance and dingy clothes.

trust me I get the temptation but I’d rather focus on the task at hand. Ass is cool but it ain’t nothing like getting results from gym workouts.

Whoever designed my local gym ... I thank 'em.

The northside of the gym has the full floor to ceiling mirrors the entire way. So while you're standing there doing free weights ... curls, shrugs, raises and whatnot while listening to music ... you've got an entire row of stairclimbers and ellipticals behind you. Asses bouncing and you can just appreciate the view(s). Even more multi-tasking when one of the main TVs in the far corner has the game on ... get a workout / appreciate the ladies / listen to playlist / watch game. All while it looks like you're simply focused on having correct form while working out.

Oh ... I forgot to add ... the outdoor pool & hot tub are outside. So while you're facing the other direction / south ... it looks directly at people coming and going from the hot tub. The amount of bikinis during an evening workout ... good lord. If you're doing stat' bike work for cardio ... that's all you see. T&A ...
