True but one could argue that if he was still in HS at 20 he didn't have the complete mental facilities to understand the dynamic. And that the teacher being in a position of authority over such a person should have known better.
But also every damn teachers handbook /union agrees teachers shouldn't have intimate relationships with students, at all....
If the incident happened in January, chick should've waited 5 months for summer break and shit would've been cool, cuz hopefully he would've graduated and not been a "student" any longer.
