Why can't humans rely on decency and moral values? Why must there be a threat of going to heaven or hell for humans to act accordingly? Plus church is used to generate and gain wealth. The so called "religious" be doing the worst anyway.
No doubt the church used fear and guilt to control the minds of the parishioners, but traditionally the trade-off was they gave them a moral compass and was sort of an outsourced thinking so the simple-minded could navigate through life without confusion. Take that away now you have a bunch of confused folks doing everything from believing the earth is flat to thinking they can be 60 years old and still twerking in the clubs.Nope, that's not what it is about. It's about control and fear in the guise of love. That's why people are leaving. Nobody needs this crap to live a successful life. Other cultures existed for centuries with different values system, and they were pretty successful without Christianity. In fact, Christianity was the tip of the sword that destroyed these cultures.
You can, rely on moral vales and logic if you possess the proper tools, shit I do it, but I understand some struggle with it.
But let's be real there are two main types of people who need church the most, are people with poor critical thinking skills (i.e. people who struggle with math, science, and logic) and people who lack culture. Not going to point fingers but we all know who this description best describes, hint these were the ones who were supporting the churches and getting conned by the likes of Jim Jones!
First thing they did was take away our culture and native religion to program our minds with their religion. Over the years we sort of remixed it a bit to fit the needs of our people, helping us a bit, but in the modern world religion alone started wearing thin. Look I have no problems ditching organized religion but you must replace it with logic and reasoning or else you will be vulnerable to the next con man trying to make a buck. This is why the people who were vulnerable to the church were also susceptible to gangs, drug abuse, and prostitution, while the atheist who used reasoning and logic as their moral compass very seldom if ever got caught up in that crap. No coincidence that jails are a hot bet for both religion and con men, the reason why is that they both have the same target audience and without a viable alternative you have to weigh which one is the lesser of the two evils. And those people used religion to keep us enslaved.

Nothing is absolute so sure there are going to be some outlier cases that go against what is typical, and to be honest my argument is that without the church telling them right from wrong some people are more vulnerable than without the church, but as you can see I never quantified exactly how many of them there are, so yes this is an opinion on my part based off of anecdotal evidence, some stats, and reasoning. Not exactly the type of evidence you can chalk up as facts but never the less my argument is plausible. But to test this theory out for yourself the first place I'd start is the thousands of junkies who claimed that religion changed their lives, and then ask them what circumstances led to them taking hard drugs in the first place, and I bet that you'd find a correlation between the conditions that led them to take drugs and the treatment by religion to get them off of it.That's what you think, but that's not the truth. Plenty of people are living great lives without a hand in their pocket, taking their 10% money. It happens all the time. On the other hand, plenty of folks are in the church and believe the earth is flat. There are plenty of broken religious homes. You don't need a bogeyman to push so-called morality. I can't wait to see a movie theater or bowling alley where a church used to be. That will be a great day for America.
Trust me they are super .....
You don’t believe in the most high? When you see churches shot up, schools and dancehalls shot up; the realization that God doesn’t exist, doesn’t protect and prayer is simply hope, this is the outcome. How Jews believe in a higher power after the holocaust and us after slavery, Jim Crow and police shootings; there is no logic in believing in a savior with all this shit happening.
Nah, more than that. The god of this society is finally being revealed, Bacchus aka Tammuz aka Dionysus aka Pan also known as the divine transgender and the god of pederasty.THE JIG IS UP
The main ones upset are the pro-whites. Depending on a school system led by Caucasians to teach your children about their history is something a fool would do.People think they need church. People need self knowledge, self awareness.
I am not mad at DeSantis for Banning African American studies…..because that curriculum isn’t helping anyone. I mean fuck him. It what is being lost here?
you think women should be venerated? are you a Muslim? A religion created by the Catholic Church (according to the “Satanic Verses”)Sorry, but I don't believe any of what you have said. Patriarchal religions have done nothing for women other than reducing them to chattel. Women were reduced to 2nd class beings. Some say that faith puts women on a pedestal, but in reality, it has put women on a shelf like some tool. A tool to be used for pleasure and procreation. Is it any wonder that as late as the 90s, there were still states that legally viewed wives as property? The Abrahamic religions have dehumanized women robbing them of their sexuality by burdening them with a yoke of chastity, vilifying them as the cause of all humanity's problems while defining their nature as deceptive. It's the ultimate mind fuck. Hallescrewya!!!!
Before you go into a Hercules-Hercules clap, ask yourself the question, what do we have in order as a replacement for moral and virtual structure in this country? Because I remember Ray Higgins saying if you take away something like religion that has traditionally helped us get through some of the roughest times in this country, failing to replace it with anything of substance will leave us with a void and feeling empty.
I thought about this. Though I do have a certain disdain for the manipulation of the church, religion does have benefit of keeping some of the worst people in line even a little bit.Another problem that is plaguing America since the demise of the church is the notion of consequences for our actions because, without the concept of heaven or hell based on your actions and decisions, the only form of consequences folks understand is going broke and getting your ass killed, so as a residual effect to the demise of the church folks are convinced that as long as they have long money and a gun they should be straight, failing to realize that this often puts them in harm's way, were the actions they use to acquire the money makes them a target for others with guns who think the same way you do. Also, they do not consider the legal ramifications of their behavior and how it can land them in jail.
This is how you get the new breed of rich criminals who are sold on the idea that having money can erase away all of their sins, because now their belief in money is their new religion, and just like the old religion it too is a can of rotten beans.
Never have. It’s make zero sense. I view church as hundreds of people going to therapy weekly. If the preacher is inspiring you can leave in a good mood, or learn to process events in life. I don’t believe in heaven, hell, thoughts and prayers or a God. It’s a fairytale for profit. You don’t believe in the most high?
No , people behave because they don’t want to spend their lives in a prison cell. Not because they are scared of some imaginary wizard. I and many people don’t believe in that non sense and aren’t running around in chaos. I don’t want to be in a cell that’s why I behave. Before you go into a Hercules-Hercules clap, ask yourself the question, what do we have in order as a replacement for moral and virtual structure in this country? This is true when it comes to crimes that have long sentencing, but in crimes that are not regulated, like stealing child support money on going out to the clubs or lying to someone claiming they raped you (knowing they won't charge you for it) without the fear of going to hell for your actions some will do it and justify it by saying some bullshit like only god can judge me, knowing damn well they don't believe that bullshit themselves. No , people behave because they don’t want to spend their lives in a prison cell. I have no reason getting rid of it, but caution that we must first replace it with logic and reasoning, something that some folks struggle with. You typed a bunch of reasos to get rid of religion.
I grew up around some really grimy criminals, some who have killed people. None of them gave a shit about some imaginary make believe hell. Their concern was always getting caught by the police, not imaginary space god.

I said that there was always grimy folk all over the world, and most of them didn't care a flying fuck about religion or the consequences of their actions, but they were always relatively small in numbers. But now without the church doing the thinking for idiots, now they are being convinced that those grimy dudes are the ones that they should be fucking and getting pregnant by (again this always happened but not at the rate that it's happening now), but what this is doing is producing more Ray-Rays and Pookies to the point where they are almost considered the norm.I grew up around some really grimy criminals, some who have killed people. None of them have a shit about some imaginary make believe hell. When you’re dead you’re dead, the very idea that people somehow believe you live forever in some afterlife is complete madness. Everything dies. Life, Planets, Stars, Galaxies, even the universe itself dies and is reborn as another galaxy. What is this ridiculous non sense like there is some random place where everybody goes if you’re good or bad? That’s the silliest childlike madness possible. It’s literally something a child would think up.
No it isn't I an ask you a simple question to prove it.Logic and reasoning is within us, we use it every day. Religion has nothing to do with logic and reasoning. Religion is more like Santa Claus. If you are a good kid, man, woman you get the gift of an after live.
Nobody ever believed that bullshit. Their #1 fear is getting caught by the law. People look around before they steal not because god is watching but because security is. Nobody gives a shit about GOD, people will still act on their impulses then think they can wash away their sins by going to a building but do the same shit all over again the next week.I said that there was always grimy folk all over the world, and most of them didn't care a flying fuck about religion or the consequences of their actions, but they were always relatively small in numbers. At least back then women who lacked critical thinking skills could ask themselves what would Jesus think or do and sort of get by, now those same idiots have to rely on their own poor judgment to navigate through life, and according to the numbers, it's just not working well.

If a plane was flying at a steady rate at 500mph, and a remote control car was in the plane moving at the top seed of 10 mph, how fast would a radar gun track it?
This is a simple question that takes logic and reasoning that a high IQ person can answer right away.
Yes, it is, the answer requires critical thinking, not an answer that you read in a book or memorized. My point is that in public schools, especially the black ones, we are taught to memorize and follow rules, not to critically think on our own. That's not a logical question.
What I question is their ability to critically think for themselves, which is the reason why they are committing these crimes in the first place, so basically they are not addicted to the drug of the church they are addicted to the drug of peer pressure and greed.Nobody ever believed that bullshit. Some of the biggest thriving , criminal , rapist scum goes to church . Religion has nothing to do with order. Laws doWhat I question is their ability to critically think for themselves, which is the reason why they are committing these crimes in the first place, so basically they are not addicted to the drug of the church they are addicted to the drug of peer pressure and greed.
My point is, we need to get off of both ways of thinking in favor of critical independent thinking which has zero side effects.
And half of them become religious as fuck after a 20-year sentence. Some of the biggest thriving , criminal , rapist scum goes to church . Religion has nothing to do with order. Laws do
