I don't think Vince would sell to him. But TK started off as a super prowrestling fan then rising to the top and standing alone over the prowrestling business. That's some Hollywood magic shir.

It's funny reading Twitter right now because WWE stans are crying about if the Khans did buy WWE how it would be a wrestling Monopoly and how wrestling would be dead yet when Vince had the monopoly you never heard a peep out of them. I guess monopolies are only good if Vince is running them.

Konosuke Takeshita: So this is guy who said I need speak English?

Bryan Danielson
: (laughing) Yeah, that's Disco. See his amazing selling on Orndorff's elbow.

Konosuke Takeshita: I don't get. Why he sell like that?

Bryan Danielson: Because he's a moron who tries to stay relevant these days through a corny ass podcast.

Vince’s ego is too big to do this. No chance……no chance in hell.

Definitely a long shot but I wouldn't 100% count it out either. A lot of shit has happened in wrestling that we never thought would happen in the past year. Anything is possible at this point.

More speculative BS from so-called wrestling "journalists" like I mentioned previously.
And yeah, I am sure AEW wants to merge with WWE
So does every other company that is far behind in second place in their industry.
"No chance in hell" that would ever happen. LOL
Like the CFL trying to buy the NFL lolz

This potential buyout mess has so much dust up in the air. Who knows where this will go. But I know better to think that Vince will do what's better for everybody on purpose. These folks are getting old, and if it was about passing on and riding off into the sunset, how we got to where we are now wouldn't have happened.

Anyway. The crossover we didn't know we needed until now.

If you got the capital to do it then you can do it. Doesn't matter if it's a smaller company. The bottom line is if you're selling and we got the money to buy do you want to sell to us? It's as simple as that.

MONEY TALKS. Yeah, they may be second place in their industry but theiy're FIRST place in financial networth. If someone has the money to buy you out it doesn't matter if their second place , fourth place or whatever place. The bottom line will be if you're selling and I got the money do you want to sell to me? It's as simple as that.

People can say Vince wouldn't sell to them because of his ego and that's fair to say but it definitely won't be because the Khans don't have the money to buy it. Plus It’s a public company so if the Khans make a competitive offer it won’t be completely up to Vince. Yes he controls the board but if he arbitrarily rejects competitive offers he exposes the company to litigation. With that being said the most likely scenario will be that it gets sold to Disney, the Saudi group or Comcast.

The Good And Bad of Dynamite...

The Good
Hangman Page vs. Jon Moxley (Hard hitting banger. Hangman beats Moxley clean. I think Moxley is about to take some time off.)

Adam Cole return

Lee Moriarty And Big Bill vs. Jungle Boy & Hook (This was decent.)

MJF segment (Absolute Gold)

Bryan Danielson vs. Konosuke Takeshita (Nice strong style match. Banger!)

Excalibur and Taz mentioning Kenny's match against Ospreay at Wrestle Kingdom 17.

The Elite vs. Death Triangle (Excellent. This whole series ended up being pretty good after initially I thought I would be bored by match 4. The Elite are the new Trios champs.)

The Bad
Toni Storm & Saraya vs. Britt Baker & Jamie Hayter (Britt and Saraya dragged this match down with their sloppy work. Meh.)

No Mercedes Mone appearance

Jericho Appreciation Society segment (Ran too long. Felt like filler)

Overall another good show. I'm curious as to what went wrong with the lack of Mercedes.
I appreciate your concise and honest opinions. Also, I’m so damn glad cole is back. Dude has grown on since his war days at ROH and once he got to nxt……dude just put on great matches and is super believable on the mic

LOL, I can tell most wrestling fans have no clue how business and finances work. I'm a business owner, so I know a little bit.
The Khan family is not going to throw their entire net worth into a purchase of WWE. They got money, but not like that.
This ain't the Rockefeller family or something. LOL
They would still have to get other financial backers in order to have a realistic shot of buying WWE.
This just sounds like more fantasy/mark booking by TK and the ICW.

For the right price, Vince has a ego but he love money over everything even his family

I already mentioned that Tony and his dad would have to get another financial partner when I originally posted the article. Why would they express interest in buying WWE if they didn't have the money? Obviously they have or can get the capital to make a competitive offer. You're a business owner; we get it for the 50th million time. Throw it around enough times in his thread gives you an aura of self importance like you're better than everyone in this thread. We get it.

I don't remember ever mentioning that I'm a business owner here, but okay, if it bothers you that much for me to bring it up I'll just let you go back to your fantasy/mark wishful thinking and never mention it again. LOL

Lol, you have many times in the past of this thread. Don't play dumb now.

You being a business owner doesn't bother me at all it's the snobbish attitude that's projected from it. You project this attitude of I'm not like those other mark wrestling fans because I see things through the analytics of business yada, yada, yada. I'm different. NO, YOU'RE NOT DIFFERENT. You're a wrestling fan in the same pot just like all of us.

WWE is an entertainment company. Who IMO haven't even reached their full potential yet. Any entertainment company would love to purchase them. The main issue is would those same companies be interested in running a wrestling company too? Disney would be only interested for the IPs if they feel like they can get money out of them. WB/Discovery is in debt so I don't see them buying anything anytime soon. I think the best bets are Comcast Universal, the Saudi group, Disney and whatever financial group the Kahns could put together.

I know this goes against the newly enacted edict by the overlord of this thread, that I am not allowed to discuss business here , but this week's 83 Weeks with Eric Bischoff is a really good listen if you want to hear a level headed take on this week's rumored WWE sale and not just fantasy wishful thinking from wrestling marks.

Nobody said anything about you not being allowed to talk business in here. Keep moving those goal posts though.

The Good And Bad Of Rampage ...

The Good
Juice Robinson vs. Darby Allin
(This was pretty good. Juice has come a long way. I didn't care for him at first but he's developed into a solid worker and I love his rock hard gimmick. This had a nice finishing sequence as Darby countered a scorpion death drop from the top rope which led to a coffin drop for the win. Looking forward to seeing more out of Juice in the future. Have him form a Bullet Club faction in AEW.)

The Bad
The Acclimated segment
(Too WWEish for my tastes. Yes the Acclaimed are over but I roll my eyes at this silly shit.)

King Of The Black Throne vs. Eddie Kingston & Ortiz (This went on far too long. House of black need to be dominating people not being reduced to using shenanigans to win a match. TK already dropping the ball again.)

Willow & Ruby Soho vs. Anna Jay & Tay Melo (A sloppy mess with horrible selling and a dangerous botch from Willow. Please don't book this shit again TK.)

Swerve promo (Yawn)

Paul Walter Hauser/Danhausen/Jeff Jarrett/Jay Lethal segment (colossal waste of time.. It's mind-boggling to me how Jeff Jarrett is still getting all this TV time.)

Overall I wasn't feeling this episode of Rampage at all.
