@My fellow Chicago Bears fans. Is your preference to a) keep the 1st pick b) trade down?

If it's B, how far is too far down to drop? Unless we get a hellacious offer, I really don't think we wanna drop past the Colts which is # 5 or #6. I had a crazy idea...what if Washington wants the 1st pick to take Bryce Young? Would you do this?

Washington's 2023 1st round pick and DE Chase Youn? Young played with Fields at Ohio State. He's coming off a knee injury, but if we could get Washington's 1st rounder which may be around #14, and Young for pick#1, should we do it? Do we need more to sweeten the deal since it would be a drop of 13 slots and he's coming off an injury? What else could we get? Multiple 2nd's, WR Curtis Samuel?

With the most money in cap room space, Multiple draft picks this year and now the #1 pick which they don't really need, Da Bears are in a hell of a position! Don't drop below where you can get the best OL player though.

Trade down but I'm not trading down past 3 or maybe 4 because you will be able to still get Wil Anderson Jr or Jalen Carter. It also depends on how sweet the deal is.

Amazingly though it's still some people who don't think Fields is the guy, (mostly cacs) they want the Bears to pick Young or Stroud at #1 smh!

Is Bryce Young the for sure best player this draft?! If so I expect a team will make a massive offer to jump the Texans

Trade down

If we can get Will Anderson or Jalen Carter

and

someone for the O Line in the first they would be two huge areas of need

The fucked up things is that the 3 teams that have 2 1st round picks this year. Detroit, Seattle and Philly aren't desperate for a qb.

Trade down but it depends on what they do in free agency on how far. If Daron Payne gets signed then Carter is no longer a need for instance. I saw an early mock that had this scenario that would lead to the Bears picking outside of the Top 5.
TRADE:
IND receives: 2023 1st-round pick (No. 1 overall)
CHI receives: 2023 1st-round pick (No. 4 overall), 2023 2nd-round pick (No. 36 overall), 2023 4th-round pick (No. 106 overall), 2024 1st-round pick, 2024 2nd-round pick
then
TRADE:
CAR receives: 2023 1st-round pick (No. 4 overall)
CHI receives: 2023 1st-round pick (No. 9 overall), 2023 2nd-round pick (No. 40 overall)
