MNF: Damar Hamlin passes out after a tackle, received CPR and AED on-field, rushed to hospital in critical condition, game postponed

The players might not get paid for the game either
The union would throw a nuclear fit. Everyone’s getting paid, this is going to be a draw because it ain’t getting replayed, and the league will figure out the playoff implications.
And all that matters is that that young kid’s LIFE.

Man since dealing with my daughter having cancer, seeing people who have their whole life in front of them, go through stuff like this hits differently. Thank god for this update, lets hope by the morning he is 100% back to normal.
It really does man. Like they say, no parent should have to bury their child. Let’s hope this is not the case here

Damn, CPR for 8 minutes :smh:

I don't want to read too much into this but if the Bills are already leaving Cincinnati it doesn't seem like a good sign, I'd expect them to remain in the city at least for the night considering Hamlin can't be moved right now.
There’s nothing they can do there. Only family is permitted in the ICU. They can’t see him until he’s moved out.

Fox not gonna do anything to Skip. Just like nothing happened to Adam Schefter after his comments about Dwayne Haskins. ESPN/FOX/CBS/NBC give these analyst a lot of leeway. He would've had to something racist, sexist, or homophobic to rise to the level of suspension. Plus he immediately back tracked. Which was the smart thing to do. He didn't dig in and cause a bigger issue. His comments definitely insensitive, giving what was going on. He should've kept it short and just said prayers for the young man.

I'm actually more upset about the NFL/Godell having to be forced to cancel the game by the players refusal to continue.

Might’ve been posted already, idk but here’s a potential explanation of what may have happened. I am not a medical professional by any stretch. Please take it for what it is. If any medical pros in here can expound, please share your insight.

Scott Van Pelt

FAST FACTS
Offered a walk-on position on the Univ
of Maryland basketball squad by coach Lefty Driesell, but the six-foot-six Van Pelt never played for the Terrapins as Driesell resigned following the 1986 death of Len Bias

I didn't know Scott played ball, didn't know he was 6'6" but he is struggling to hold it together with Ryan Clark. I just felt I'd share this as many of us watch ESPN

Oh OK Skip actually faked some type of maturity and human decency

and that's why he felt the need to do this latest bulllsh*t
