As a woman, she had to put her career on hold to have kids and take care of the kids. That was a point of contention for that first 10 years. It was hard for her, but she pushed through it when many couples/women would have called it quits.
You can't take a snippet from a conversation like that from someone who measures her words like Michelle Obama and just use that to describe the conversation because it was much bigger than that.
