High on life is legitimately funny at points. A lot of it feels like I'm playing Bioshock with Rick & Morty playing in the background. Boss fights are frustrating at first then veer into tedious. It's buggy as hell. I had a boss disappear mid-fight and get stuck under the ground. Managed to save myself once after falling outside of the world and the shoddy checkpoint system saved. A few places I've slipped out of the world like this. They nail the feeling of being inside a cartoon I think. The gameplay needs a fair bit of tightening up tho.

Hell of a lot of bugs. I went back to a completed level to pick up some collectibles and got stuck. Had to reset the game a couple times to get to a check point. (Skrendel boss level)
