I think she has talent. I also think her really leading with her talents are the things that keep her famous.
For example, Halle Berry exists in the Eartha Kitt famous Black sex symbol space. Halle got her major award/ Oscar by being fucked on camera. I think she can really be a damn good actress but she has done so many roles that were horrible or because of her name and look.
Nikki has talent, period. She has made music that small girls to grown women love. Now it’s a matter of what type of fame and influence does she want to have. What she is doing isn’t new. Ive found chatter about her to be a bit more interesting than I thought it would be. I really do agree that rapping about sex or the same shit you did 10 years ago is problematic and tiring (regardless if you are female and male).
