Because of discrimination laws, many companies are covertly harassing workers to get them to leave putting you in a fight or flight response. Even though they will tell you how great you are and promote you, behind your back, you are getting worked over.

What isn't happening with toxic employers, racial groups, or employers is isolation which makes them self aware of their behavior. In prison they use solitary confinement to change the behavior of inmates. They begin to alter their behavior to attract people to them.

Because people are forced to engage with them, they toxicity levels just increase. I suspect China avoids or limits its interaction with the U.S. by using buffers with trade. We may wrongly interpret this behavior as anti-free trade.

In any event, this is not an effective legal strategy to bypass discrimination laws, because this ends up being the result. We need to ensure that people can avoid employers, people, so that these toxic people can be put in solitary confinement.
