Nah the appeals court granted P/I, which just means the program is paused until the appeal is actually decided.
...but now let's see how effectively they argue the appeal.

I forgot to post here that I did receive an email saying I was approved to have some of my loan forgiven which they sent to my loan service provider which would be in effect depending on the court case.
It didn't say if it was 10 or 20gs though.

And I also like that there now seems to be at least a possibility of filing for bankruptcy if necessary due to the Biden administration.
Yup. All game changers. Still more work needs to be done, but I think we heading in the right direction as long as the right people are in government.

Take a look at it again. A friend showed me her email and it states that your "application" has been approved, meaning they've accepted your request. I suspect much of this was tied to midterms, but I'm not mad at Joe for trying. The GOP doesn't give a damn about the middle/lower class and God forbid black people receive some form of relief.

Nah I got the application being accepted a while ago.
This email confirms that I'm eligible for and have been approved for the debt relief and came from the Secretary of Education Miguel A. Cardona.
LOL! I know a few people who are now hearing about it and are starting to do this dance.
