Bro holding up a bus of people. The person that needs their ass whooped is the person that had the car waiting and blocking the street. This is why I hate going back to North Philly. Mother fuckers stay blocking the street and having a convo, most times next to a parking space. My pops is a psychopath. Some lady was blocking the street and waved him off when he asked her to park. This dude backs all the way down the street, drives around the corner, then backs down the street my parents live on, intentionally blocking in the person that waved him off. That was so petty, but I still laugh about it to this day.

Put a cone out there instead of filming and laughing. If someone fucks up their car, they might not be able to get to work or pick-up/drop-off family. Yeah, this shit ain't cool.
they have cones on some , problem is these shits are not repaired for months sometimes years, the had a thing to where people took it upon themselves to buy a super giant cone and decorate it thats how bad it is

That's ridiculous. The people that live in that neighborhood work and go to school like every other neighborhood. They don't deserve those roads that could possibly remove their way to make an income or get an education.

Man it's like that in many, many places in America, especial in the hood. Unkept & deteriorating infrastructure sign of social neglect, failure, & misplaced priority along with homelessness, polluted water, the downward spiral of public health & mental illness, opioid abuse, wealth inequality, inaccessibility of homeownership (the American dream), the undermining of public education, the suppression of democracy, etc. There is hope, but we got to recognize the failure of the social, political & economic ideology of the Republican revolution.
