A friend of mine, guitarist Ede Wright (57) died a few weeks ago...RIP



In the 90s, Ede moved to Atlanta, where he worked as a session guitarist, recording with notable artists such as Destiny’s Child, Laurena, CeeLo Green, India Arie, Dionne Farris, and Bebel Gilberto. Ede quickly earned a reputation as one of Atlanta’s finest guitarists and began touring the world with Russell Gunn, David Sanborn, Gumbi Ortiz, and Lizz Wright. For the last X years, he performed with the top U.S. show band Simply Irresistible, where he finally found the musical camaraderie, he had sought for years.


My cousin died 3 weeks ago (she was 49, heart attack).
My aunt died last night.
My girl's best friend's Mom died TODAY!

Thanks, I'm okay I guess.

I had a lot of folks die in the past 3 years so I'm used to it, sad to say. Nut I will keep that in mind.
