He probably can but he wouldn't win. You take on a certain amount of responsibility when you enter a venue. You are either a trespasser, invitee, or a licensee. If you are a concert goer you are an licensee, you take on a certain amount of responsibility where you understand whatever happens to you is part of the problem. For example, if you get hit by a baseball, you assume that it possible if you go. So, if you jump your ass on stage, then you should assume that its possible you can get your ass kick if you hop on to jump at the performer. Bruh, he ain't gonna win. IF you look at most of your tickets, it will have that disclaimer on it to show you what you are getting into.
