People get tired of hearing it but this is what happens when you don't vote. And you don't pay attention to what politicians are trying to pass.
Yep and this is the part all the ADOS/Don't Vote assholes on here won't discuss. If you don't vote even once what will happen is that the GOP will make sure that none of your votes moving forward will matter after that. Ohio is real proof of how not voting will allow others to rig the game so that realizing your mistake after the fact will have consequences.

Although OH had a near 75% turnout for the national election the locals are...well, you see what the legislature looks like.
Make voting mandatory is all I can say.

Being from Ohio, working inside of the Ohio Statehouse, I have a unique perspective. You learn a lot when you just listen to off handed conversation. I'd like to hear from other Ohioans.
