Yep I've been to a ton of them over many years with the kids. Many get you in with the cleaning that your insurance covers then thousands cause you need this that and the other. "You can take care of this now and we have payment plans".

That peroxide on your teeth everyday will cause them to turn yellow eventually.
Growing up I use to brush my teeth with baking soda everyday and teeth was white ass shit and never got a cavity… when I went against my routine in my 20s is when the teeth wasn’t so white and cavity developed.. I started using peroxide several yrs ago and can say definitely would do a good job breaking down shit stuck in your teeth after you eat

I do have some tarter buildup, but nothing crazy. My gums aren't bleeding or anything. Just need to change my routine with my flossing. That's the biggest thing.

This. Unless you got major issues with your teeth and gums like my brother who has peridotal gun disease, gingivitis and rotten yellow discolored teeth. His mouth is a cesspool of bacteria and his teeth are falling out of his head. Nothing can save his teeth now, it’s too late. He needs to get all his teeth yanked out and get false ones. Get the sonic toothbrush and one of those sonic toothpicks. Works great with that. And even if you don't use the sonic toothpick or floss everyday get use to using the dental brushpicks they get in between your teeth and gums just like floss but its more like a toothpick. I have had a ton of dental work braces and surgeries I've tried it all lol.
Yeah... I just started using those minted dental sticks for flossing. Way easier than regular flossing.
2 min. vigorous brush with medium bristle every other day before bed. On the days in between I use that device @killagram posted. Before I brush I swish with a peroxide infused rinse and after I brush I use some alcohol free rinse. My teeth literally squeak when I'm done. Do it in that order and you should be good.

string floss every night
