Is this a “fix” or is this how “justice” was always supposed to work? How is this system different from an other system where the privileged can skirt the rules and the poor gets whatever they deserve — nothing?
The Special master is useless in this case no matter what...
There is nothing that he can do to stop the criminal investigation .... His only purpose is to look for items that are considered privileged and in this case "executive privileged" and determine what needs to be returned.... and I have no idea how that's going to work either.
