Can the DOJ prevent his lawyers from having access to these highly classified documents via an emergency appeal or will they ve afforded immediate access?
The precedent this could set legally when it comes to classified documents is frightening to think about.

the craziest shit is that in our practice respect means everything… fucking everything… Lawyers can sink to levels but we will do anything to make sure that the reputation is not affected. Once your reputation is gone… it’s over. No other lawyer will have faith in you and what you say… and with one case this chicks reputation is done and she is a federal judge.
there is no way that I’d have her touch one of my cases… I promise you that there are lawyers up right now that have had recent rulings in front of her that didn’t go their way that are looking for ways to get that shit overturned…… especially depending on what the 11th circuit says.
like she didn’t even need to state her opinion… she could have just denied the DOJ motion with a paragraph but damn she really stuck her foot in shit and said this tastes like rocky road.

his lawyers shouldn’t be able to look at any of this shit until after review of the special master but this this definitely the concern from the DOJ…
they are going to have to appeal this ASAP and seek an injunction….
if the 11th circuit denies the injunction then the fix is fully in. They will try to delay any action in DC until after the midterms.

They indict people everyday on one charge & they end up with 10. They got an open & shut case on obstruction.
They will come out with some memo about a candidate for president They can't investigate
