Gunther and Sheamus beat the fuck out of each other. Great match.
The event so far has been pretty good, to me. Hope they keep Emperium together and this wasn't a one day reunion. Left just as Riddle was coming out to go to the bar and see football. Will be the dude watching WWE from my phone
I was hoping that Riddle vs Rollins would be more of a fight and less of a spot match
A lot to like with this show. Walter and Sheamus was dope, Riddle n Seth was dope, the 2 womens matches were blah. Eddie's son finally turning on his foster father was cool, but he's mad average as a worker. With McIntyre losing, I wonder who they have beating Reigns?? The Rock is a part timer like once in a blue moon part timer. Since they gave Walter his stable back, how bout giving Lashley his!!

It's funny because it's like laughing at the guy that beat you up get beat up while holding the injuries from you getting beat up...and I will be using this in the future just to laugh at people I forgot this came on early because of the time difference. I only caught the main event live, but that was fun as hell.
Yeah, cause WWE wouldn't start printing money to get MJF, Jade Cargill, Britt Baker, FTR (back), etc... Just cause they're a "lesser" company doesn't mean that there isn't talent that could put on a show.

Never said anything about talent. There are great talents in AEW, but the company as a whole? Why would WWE even bother?
NFL teams signed CFL talent before. WWE signing AEW talent would be the same thing.
Okay, but calling AEW the CFL? CFL WISHES it had the following that AEW has! People would pay to see a (better) Jade Cargill versus Charlotte Flair. Some kind of program with MJF and Kevin Owens. Kenny Omega and Seth Rollins...AEW doesn't have anyone that wasn't an employee of WWE previously that has headlining capabilities to go up against the top roster of WWE.
There was great talent in ECW, and as a company WWE shouldn't have bothered. Smartest thing to do, let them slowly implode and poach the roster. But it made for good stories to lend talent
CFL has that following....in Canada. NFL has a huge following worldwide.
AEW has a following here stateside. WWE is international.
Likely Cody if he's ready by the Rumble.

Clash at the Castle was a really good show. WWE is really hitting on most cylinders.....interesting to see how the end of year plans go, especially with Strowman and Wyatt returning, Sasha and Naomi coming back and Cody's impending return from injury come Royal Rumble...

I hate shit like this because where is the logic of the guy with his arms up waiting to catch the guys who is being slammed?
I know wrestling is about suspending belief, but it's kind of hard to do that when guys are waiting around to catch other guys from these type of (dangerous and illogical) high spots.

I think they keep building up Walter to take on Walter/Gunther , bring Strowman back or setup a long term Family Feud even though he's nowhere near ready. Have Silo confront Roman as the only reason he's the Champ, he did it for the family but not for Roman. He has seen what Roman has turned his brothers into and claim they have been raised better than that. Each week led to Roman getting jealous over the fan reaction to Silo as they cheer him for refusing to take short cuts. Roman continues to berate the younger Uso and all three turn on the tribal chief. Once that happens The Rock comes and saves Roman. Roman pushes the Rocks hand and refuses to accept his help. This will setup a Wrestmania triple threat match. Roman vs Rock vs Silo w Usos. The Rock wins by pinning Silo to a huge ovation afterwards an enraged Roman destroys the Rock. When he leaves Theory cashes in Money in the Bank and takes the belt off of Rock.
